We saved a bundle on our $30 meal because there obviously was, “NO TIP” Oh, the salad was great after waiting 15 minutes for it! “Wow” we got a to-go box, loaded up the “soon to be dog food” because we are thoughtful of our dog Bandit, he isn’t very picky since he’s a Missouri coonhound & I took great pictures of my boyfriend & son next to all the great Bear states. Our son enjoyed nibbling cheese from my salad since he wasn’t very hungry. We sure did! “Wow” the portions were tiny! My boyfriends bacon was hard as a rock, his syrup was runny as water, my pot roast had a strange tangy taste & I couldn’t eat it. They did guarantee we would say “WOW” when the meal was served. ![]() The “platter being filled with food” was a joke! (As I make references to their “guarantees” that were on their menus). Homemade pot roast was an obvious “frozen microwaveable dinner” heated up. us & our glasses never got a refil, waited for salad to come out for 15 minutes after ordering. Our server was very talkative to everyone around. We absolutely loved the decor! We read the placemat about the history of the place & this was our 1st time ever so we were pretty excited! St. He tried arguing with us when we told him we were not happy. Food is gross, prices are high, and service is absolutely horrible. ![]() It took another 20 minutes to get refills and the check. Our waiter only came back to the table to check on us once the entire time we were waiting for our food. When we finally got the correct food, most of it was burnt and tasteless. The order arrived to the table and our food was wrong. Our drinks took another 15 minutes to arrive. The server took over 15 minutes to get us menus and take our drink orders. We were finally seated at a table with trays still left on it. This is probably something they should tell people when they are quoting wait times. When we asked the manager why there was an entire empty section, he claimed they were short staffed and he did not have a server for that section. finally seated after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting. then three other parties were seated before us. After waiting over an hour, we were told we were next to be seated. Upon arrival we were told there would be about a 45 minute wait. We visited on a Monday morning around 10:30am. So in my opinion the lack of customer concern radiates from the top. All I ever got were the lifeless words “I’m sorry”. But I was busy so after at least another 2 dozen attempts I got an answer three days later but she was too busy to be bothered. The first time I was told she was not there and to call back the next day. Only twice did anyone answer, the phone would go to voice mail. I tried many many times to call to talk to the manager. The tiny ones were so over cooked they were hard as rocks. There was one large ring and 3 tiny rings. Had we not been with another couple I would have left a one cent tip, but I did not want to embarrass them so rather than the 20-30% I normally leave I left 15% as the other couple said they did.Īnd as my side dish I ordered onion rings. She was very hateful when we tried to tell her that I did not have tea. The server only came back to the table once at the end of the meal to see if we need drink refills. No cocktail sauce with fried shrimp, had to get up and go up to counter to ask for it. the servers knocked it over.īut service was the worst I have experienced in years. No place to put walker near table, one of. Handicapped parking is limited, had to park near back of building and with a walker go around the building and behind the cars parked in handicapped spots since there is no sidewalk in front of them.
